An eclectic journey through materials, styles and inspiration

My work is a journey through the world of texture, colour and design to create jewellery and objects. By experimenting with different materials and techniques, finding a balance between aesthetics and expressiveness.

From necklaces with organic shapes and bright colours to pieces inspired by natural structures, each design tells its own story. The inspiration comes from both nature and my surroundings, from events, in the here and now and in the past. It is a continuous search for ways to breathe new life into materials and push boundaries. Each piece is unique and reflects my passion for experimentation and creativity. The style of my work is eclectic.

Combining different styles, materials and influences, you can see that in my work through:

Diversity in materials
By using a wide range of materials - from clay, textiles, and beads to recycled or natural elements.

Different styles and techniques
Some pieces have a minimalist, geometric shape, while others are very organic and colourful.

Colours and structures
The colour schemes vary from calm, natural tones to bright and expressive combinations. The structures also alternate between smooth and rough, subtle and striking.

Sources of inspiration
I draw my inspiration from all kinds of sources: nature (such as stones and coral-like shapes), culture (for example, traditional bead necklaces) and my immediate surroundings. This reinforces the eclectic nature of my work.

By bringing these influences together, a collection is created that invites personal interpretation. With my designs, I strive to create a sense of wonder and inspire the viewer to see beauty in unexpected combinations. Each piece is an invitation to view the world from a different perspective.

The designs tell a story that cannot be captured in one style. This eclectic approach allows me to push boundaries and constantly innovate.

It is my belief that beauty arises from contrasts, by bringing together apparent opposites: combining organic and geometric shapes, calm and bright colours, and smooth and rough textures

This is a reflection of my eclectic approach to both art and life, which is not only expressed in the materials, shapes and techniques, but also in my educational background and work environment.

I have consciously chosen a combination of studies and activities: social work, management & innovation and art. These diverse perspectives give me a unique view of the creative process and the world around me.
